Fittingly, ‘Masterclass’, a one-on-one interaction between Mira Nair and Sudhir Mishra at The Blue Frog was sponsored by a premium Scotch whisky brand… both, Sudhir and Mira, are so mature and golden-voiced that an ordinary IMFL would have been blasphemous! During the discussion and Q&A session that followed, Mira came out as an intelligent, articulate and pragmatic filmmaker and her words of advice were enlightening. Sudhir was his usual self, impassive face and impassioned voice.
